ADVISORY - Copyrighted material is protected by laws.
As a CONDITION of purchase from Accurate Systems you certify that
any artwork, text and/or graphic submitted by you for reproduction
belongs to you and/or you have the legal right to reproduce these items.
As a CONDITION of purchase from Accurate Systems you convey to
Accurate Systems permission to reproduce and/or alter, as deemed
necessary by Accurate Systems to fulfill your order, any artwork, text
and/or graphic you submit for reproduction.
Additional TERM of sale: With or without any such certification,
declaration or permission, Accurate Systems reserves the right to
refuse to reproduce any artwork, text and/or graphic. Refusal is at the
sole discretion of Accurate Systems.
Additional TERM of sale: Please do not send us any "adult" or
"off-color" material as we will refuse to print it. Refusal is at the sole
discretion of Accurate Systems.
GUARANTEE - If you find a visible manufacturing defect in one of our
products, please return it to us within 30 days from receipt of the
product and we will gladly replace it with like product. You are
responsible for the return shipping costs to us. Because each product
is customized we do not offer refunds.
Technical Stuff
ADVISORY - Please keep in mind that, as a rule, the reproduction of
your material onto one of our products will be no better than the original
you send us.
ADVISORY - Please note that due to variances in monitors, computer
graphic capabilities and substrates the colors printed on your ordered
items may appear differently than those on your monitor while viewing
both our website and proof.
Digital material
-200 to 300 DPI is best, but for smaller images 100 DPI is often
sufficient. When in doubt just send us what you have and we'll let you
know.
-We can accept almost any kind of image file.
-Physical size of the original usually doesn't matter.
-If you need step-by-step instructions on how to send us digital
pictures, CONTACT us and we'll be happy to help.
Regular Photos or Graphics
ADVISORY - Please don't send originals if they cannot be
replaced. We return them to you unharmed with your order but
sometimes packages get lost or damaged and we will not be held
responsible for lost or damaged items.
-The largest size photo or graphic that we can work with is
8-1/2" X 11".
Stock Graphics
-We have thousands of stock graphics and will gladly search for
samples to suit your needs. If you want us to search for certain types of
graphics for your item please be as specific as
possible when entering a description into the design form. We limit our
response to five graphics per item.
