We can imprint your photo or graphic on almost any of our products. The imprint
becomes a part of the product, it does not sit on the surface, so the imprint won't chip,
flake or peel. Our mugs are dishwasher-safe and microwavable. Our custom decals
are computer cut using the latest technology and durable exterior grade vinyl.
STOCK GRAPHICS
Want to add a graphic to your customized item? We have thousands of graphics in our
stock graphics library. Give a detailed description of the graphic you would like added
to your personalized imprinted item and we'll search for a selection of up to three
graphics for you to choose from.
PROOFS
Proofs are emailed as low resolution jpeg files to the proof email address you specify
on your order. No orders will be processed without a valid email address and proof
approval unless otherwise stated. We will create up to three proofs per order,
per item at no charge. Additional proofs are billed at $5.00 each. Note that due
to variances in monitors, computer graphic capabilities and substrates the colors
printed on your ordered items may appear differently than those on your monitor while
viewing your proof. Proofs remain the property of Accurate Systems and can not be
used, in whole or in part, without the written consent of Accurate Systems, for any
purpose other than that intended.
GIFT WRAPPING
Gift wrapping is available for all purchases for an additional $3.00 per item.
A gift card is included which we will fill out for you if you want us to drop-ship the item.
SECURITY
The interaction between you and our shopping cart is done using a Secure Socket
Layer (SSL). That is no more than any responsible web merchant does. But we take
your security one step further. Your credit card information is NEVER transmitted or
stored by any means other than SSL. What this means to you is that when you enter
your credit card number into our shopping cart it goes no further. It does not get
transmitted, in whole or in part, to any other location so there is no opportunity for your
credit card number to get into the wrong hands. Is this method more difficult and time
consuming than the traditional web carts? Yes. But we take your security seriously and
want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant and satisfactory. If you have any

PRIVACY
With the exception of the request of law enforcement personnel acting in an official
capacity your credit card information, name and address, e-mail address and
telephone number will not be sold or given to anyone.
shipping charges will be billed to orders for shipment to addresses outside of the continental
United States, including APO & FPO addresses.
Most orders are shipped USPS or Fed X.
Larger items and/or orders are shipped UPS.

You will be notified of the actual shipping charges when you receive your proof.
All orders must be pre-paid via Visa, Mastercard, check or money order unless
otherwise approved by Accurate Systems. Returned checks will be subject to a $35.00
per check charge.
PRODUCTION
Average turn around on small orders is three days from proof approval for imprinted
item. Engraved items (i.e. badges and engraved name tags) can take up to six weeks.
If an item happens to be temporarily out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible
by phone or email.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted, with prior written approval, on defective goods only, for
exchange only (no refunds). Accurate Systems is not responsible for imprinting or
engraving errors, such as mis-spellings. Please check your order confirmation and/or
proof carefully. Claims for defective goods must be made within 14 days of receipt of
merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may not be cancelled after 24 hours from time of order placement or after we
have received a proof approval, whichever comes first. Any proofs created prior to
cancellation will be billed at regular proof price.
COLOR
COLOR MATCHING IS NOT GUARANTEED. Please be aware that due to variations in
monitors, computer graphic capabilities and substrates the colors printed on your
ordered item(s) may appear differently than those on your monitor while viewing our
website or your proof.
